1. Who we are
Tuttii, Inc. ("Tuttii," "we," "us," or "our") provides a desktop and mobile application that lets you upload songs, separate them into vocal and instrumental stems, and arrange them into your own mashups. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We collect a few categories of information:
- Account information — your email address and the persona and platform information you provide when signing up.
- Uploaded audio — the song files you upload for stem separation and processing, and the mashup projects you create from them.
- Usage data — how you interact with the app (features used, processing volume, crash reports) so we can improve the product.
- Device and technical data — basic device/browser information collected automatically for security and compatibility purposes.
- Payment and billing information — if you subscribe or purchase credits, our payment processor (for desktop or website purchases) or the Apple App Store or Google Play (for mobile purchases) handles your payment details; we receive limited information such as purchase confirmation and subscription status, not your full card number.
- Beta feedback and community activity — if you take part in interviews, surveys, or our Discord, we may collect the feedback, messages, or responses you share with us.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to: provide and improve the core product (stem separation, key/tempo matching, project editing); operate the beta program and communicate with you about it; process cloud-tier audio processing requests; maintain security and prevent abuse; and understand how the product is used so we can prioritize what to build next.
We may also access, preserve, or disclose your information where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government or regulatory request; protect the rights, property, or safety of Tuttii, our users, or the public; investigate or prevent fraud, security, or technical issues; or enforce these Terms & Conditions.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and similar tools on our website to understand traffic and how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not currently use this data for third-party advertising, and we do not run paid ad campaigns.
5. Uploaded content, third-party processing, and AI
Songs you upload are processed to generate stems and enable editing features. Cloud-tier processing may involve sending audio to third-party infrastructure or processing providers solely to perform that processing — we do not sell or share your uploaded audio for any other purpose. We may use uploaded audio to train, test, and improve our song-section analysis, which detects and labels a song's sections, such as intros, verses, and choruses.
6. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain uploaded audio and mashup projects for as long as your account is active or until you delete them, whichever is earlier; deleted files are removed from active storage and purged from backups on a rolling basis. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 12).
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of certain data uses, or object to certain processing. If you are a California resident, this may include the right to know what personal information we've collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell your personal information and do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights under the GDPR to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing; we process personal information based on your consent, our need to perform our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Tuttii is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. International data transfers
We're based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access Tuttii from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves, particularly during the beta period. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and significant changes will be communicated to users directly where appropriate.
