Tuttii ("Tuttii," "we," "us," or "our") provides a desktop and mobile application that lets you upload songs, separate them into vocal and instrumental stems, and arrange them into your own mashups. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We collect a few categories of information:
- Account information — your email address and any persona/beta-tier information you provide when signing up.
- Uploaded audio — the song files you upload for stem separation and processing, and the mashup projects you create from them.
- Usage data — how you interact with the app (features used, processing volume, crash reports) so we can improve the product.
- Device and technical data — basic device/browser information collected automatically for security and compatibility purposes.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to: provide and improve the core product (stem separation, key/tempo matching, project editing); operate the beta program and communicate with you about it; process cloud-tier audio processing requests; maintain security and prevent abuse; and understand how the product is used so we can prioritize what to build next.
4. Uploaded content and third-party processing
Songs you upload are processed to generate stems and enable editing features. Cloud-tier processing may involve sending audio to third-party infrastructure or processing providers solely to perform that processing — we do not sell or share your uploaded audio for any other purpose. 5. Data retention
We retain your account information and uploaded content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 9).
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
7. Children's privacy
Tuttii is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves, particularly during the beta period. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and significant changes will be communicated to users directly where appropriate.
